Tucked behind a small grove of redwood trees on a corner lot, lies a deceptively discrete, completely reconfigured, remodeled home. This Danville based project was a mostly original, 3-bedroom 2-bathroom, 1,775 sq. ft. single story home when we began construction. Its corner lot and tall roofline allowed us to convert the house into a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom, two-story 2,568 sq. ft. home, under the existing roof line! The end result leaves an open and modern kitchen, a spacious main living area, an expansive primary bedroom/bathroom with walk-in closet, a guest bed/bath suite, indoor laundry room, and an upstairs bonus room. This space has become a long-awaited haven for entertaining and relaxed living, for family and friends alike!
