These owners had visions of a large open floor plan that was conducive to family gatherings and entertaining friends. Their circa 1977, nearly original home, was not built to accommodate these visions. Moving the primary bedroom out of the existing floor plan was the first step in accomplishing their goals. We added about 380 sq. ft. to the rear corner of the home that now houses a bedroom, large ensuite bathroom and expansive shower, as well as a walk-in closet. The sliding door looks out onto the patio and rest of the yard making this home addition a high-functioning bedroom sanctuary!
