This full-home renovation honors three generations of family history while introducing fresh design and functionality throughout. The home, originally built and lived in by the same family, stood structurally sound—but was ready for a thoughtful update.
By relocating the HVAC system to the attic and reconfiguring a bedroom entry, we opened up the hallway to serve as a new design opportunity. Clean nickel gap wainscoting and a wall of custom
cabinet-grade storage doors now line the corridor, creating a soft, inviting passageway filled with hidden storage.
The bathrooms were elevated with modern plumbing fixtures in soft gold finishes, creamy tiles, and dramatic bronze accents—blending practicality with a rich, stylized aesthetic.
In the kitchen, reworking the windows allowed us to extend the layout and introduce a large central island, redefining the heart of the home. With updated systems, improved flow, and cohesive modern touches, the house retains the charm the family has always loved—now ready for its next chapter.
